At Cubitt, we want you to be completely satisfied with your smart technology. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your device in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your Cubitt smartwatch in its original packaging, including all charging cables, straps, and manuals that were included in the box.

  Ship the Device

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the device for quality assurance, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
